FAQ

FAQ

This project is about an idea of a ride share driver who found himself answering many questions from our city visitors.  This platform in general is being developed mainly for our city visitors, therefore the name chosen for it.  But at the same time, many ride-share drivers and riders can become part of this ecosystem to enjoy its benefits.  It is here where they can share their knowledge, ask questions and exchange experiences in order to find a common ground where both groups benefit from each other in a social and healthy community environment.

No, we are not directly associate with these companies, however, many of our participants do work with these businesses or use their services. Therefore, these platform users must continue to follow the ride share industry community guidelines. We created this project with a social and healthy idea in mind. We believe that by fostering these thoughts and sharing them among us, we will contribute to the growth and improvement of these services. We certainly believe that these modern concept services arrived to stay. Most of us, generally speaking, are grateful they came to exist in our times, aren’t we?

Currently, we are really under staff to answer many of these related questions you might have. Even though as many of our participants are very knowledgeable about these services, we are more focused on the structural development of our platform. We encourage you to visit those companies help pages to find answers to your questions.

The type of information that would be found here is all related to our city tourists mainly. Much of this content is already found in many sites as well. However, we are developing this platform from the ground up with a different vision from our ride-share drivers experience in mind as well as the infinite curiosity of our city visitors.

The registration period for all the participants for this pilot project runs from the first week of July to the last week of September. It is then during the last week when the platform will go live and everyone will have an opportunity to browse, explore, and use its content.  We estimate that the platform will be about 50% completed by opening day.  Therefore, the contribution of the participants will be crucial for the completion of the project.

During the testing period, participants won’t pay anything. We don’t know how long their contribution will be needed. However, this pilot project will last approximately 3 months, so it could be this long.

AZW Tech, Inc. has been taking care of this project from the very beginning since the idea was exposed. AZW Tech is an IT company established in Miami-Dade County since 2004 and offers many warranted computer services. You can find its link here.
